Founder & Chairman – Doon Youth Foundation
Aakib Ahmed is the visionary behind Doon Youth Foundation, a dynamic youth-driven NGO rooted in Dehradun. A national-level Table Tennis player turned changemaker, he channels the discipline of sport into empowering young minds through education, leadership, and social justice.

IT Head – Doon Youth Foundation
A tech innovator with a mission, Mohammad Arif holds a B.Sc. in PCM, an M.Sc. in IT, and post graduate certifications in AI and Cloud Computing. As IT Head of DYF, he harnesses technology to power the foundation’s growth—building digital infrastructure, driving online outreach, and ensuring every initiative reaches and empowers the youth it’s meant to serve.
Youth State President – Doon Youth Foundation
Divyanshu Negi, a dedicated youth leader with a B.A. and M.A. in Political Science, serves as the Youth State President of Doon Youth Foundation. He actively mobilizes young voices, leads community outreach, and drives civic engagement across the state—empowering youth to lead with purpose and action.
Co-Founder & Legal Head – Doon Youth Foundation
Kartikey Vishnoi is the Co-Founder and Legal Head of Doon Youth Foundation, bringing a unique blend of technology, social commitment, and legal expertise. With qualifications in B.Sc. IT, Master of Social Work (MSW), and LL.B, he plays a key role in shaping the foundation’s legal structure and ensuring that every initiative is aligned with social justice and ethical values.

Vivek Sharma is a dynamic leader and successful businessman, serving as the State President of Doon Youth Foundation. A graduate with a strong sense of social responsibility, he brings strategic vision and grassroots commitment to DYF’s mission of youth empowerment and community development.
